To register for the course, please complete all the fields in the form below. An invoice will be sent and payment will subsequently need to made by debit/credit card.  Registration will be confirmed on receipt of the course fee (£450 Course Only or £475 Course & Faculty-Delegate Dinner).

Cancellation before 2nd September 2024 forfeits 10% of the course fee while cancellation on or after 2nd September 2024 forfeits 100% of the course fee.
